Ingredients:
1 cup roasted chickpeas
1 medium sized onion, cut into small pieces
1 medium sized tomato, cut into small pieces
1 finely chopped green chili (optional) or according to taste
1 tbsp mustard oil, or olive oil (if the aroma of mustard oil is too strong and alien to you)
1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro/ coriander leaves
½ lemon, juiced
To taste salt
Method:
Comments- Roasted chickpeas due to their high protein content and dry nature help in balancing an aggravated Kapha while giving fiber, folate, iron, magnesium, phosphorous, and vitamin B6.They are perfect snacks to curb cravings. In many cases, a handful is enough.
