We deliver to most street addresses and P.O. boxes all over the world.
When you order products from our website, it may take 1-2 days for us to process your order to get it ready for delivery. Your order confirmation is sent to you immediately after your purchase. If you haven't received an order confirmation by email (please check your spam/junk folder) within 24 hours, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We know how eager you are to receive your new products, so we do our best to get your package to you as soon as possible. Once your package is on the way, we'll send you a tracking link where, depending on the local delivery service, you may see an estimated delivery date.
Shipping time depends upon the country of destination, and on average takes:
- United States: 4-6 business days
- Australia & other countries: 5- 7 business days
Business days are Monday to Friday.
Saturdays, Sundays and federal holidays are not included in shipping days.
Changing or canceling orders
If you've accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, contact us with your correct address within 2 hours of making your purchase and we’ll update your details.
If you want to make changes to your order or cancel it more than 2 hours after placing your order, please get in touch with our support team at email@example.com to check whether your package has already been shipped.
If your order is above 30 USD and you live in the USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand, free shipping will automatically be applied to your order.
Orders under 30 USD will be charged a 6 USD shipping fee.

The Ayurveda Experience is a platform and marketplace for Ayurvedic products by various brands or companies. If you order multiple products from different brands, you'll probably receive your products in multiple packages since they're shipped from different locations. No extra shipping fees are charged for multiple shipments.
