It becomes a healing therapy modality for body, mind and spirit geared towards bringing perfect doshic balance to the Ayurvedic tripartite body.

It includes all methods of healing from diet, herbs, exercise and lifestyle regimens to yoga practices, pranayama (breath work) and meditation.
