Hey! Your result shows that your inherent nature is driven by three doshas- Vata, Pitta and Kapha, in equal proportions. This is described as a Three-Dosha Prakriti.   • May have oily skin prone to acne, rashes, pigmentation and moles (in case of Pitta dominance) or smooth, clear skin and dark coloured, thick and wavy hair (in case of Kapha dominance) 
  • May have premature graying of hair, balding. (Pitta) 
  • Soft joints 
  • Big and muscular structure (Kapha) 
  • No fixed pattern to appetite, thirst and sleep due to Vata dominance; may have aches, neurological and digestive disorders 
  • Could have good appetite, thirst, and intolerant to heat and direct sunlight due to Pitta predominance 
  • May have inflammations, colitis, tonsillitis, conjunctivitis, hepatitis, gastritis 
  • Can be devoid of the Pitta intensity or the Vata speed due to Kapha dominance; may have slow movements, thought processing and digestion. 
  • May be prone to colds, coughs, sinus congestion 
  • May be a light sleeper (Vata) or a sound one (Pitta), or a perpetually sleepy one (Kapha) 
  • Can get in and out of relationships very quickly (Vata) 
  • Can be selective, possessive and passionate (Pitta) 
  • Can take time to commit (Kapha) 
  • Can be unpredictable, indecisive, unfocused and simultaneously, very talkative, creative, active and intolerant to chills (Vata) 
  • Can be meticulous, determined, quick witted, intense, passionate, assertive due to Pitta dominance 
  • Eating fast 
  • Eating while walking, working and talking 
  • Water or fluids during meals as it aggravates all the three doshas 
  • All six tastes- sweet, sour, salty, bitter, astringent and pungent- in diet 
  • Sitting and eating in a calm & serene place
  • Amla, triphala, giloy, harad, fennel seeds, turmeric 
  • A regular exercise routine is good for you 
  • Yoga and meditation 
  • Stretching and toning of muscles for Vata 
  • Intense competitive sport for Pitta 
  • Any form of exercise done after a basic warm-up and conditioning for Kapha
