    • Oversleeping in the morning 
    • Sedentary lifestyle 
    • Eating while walking, working and talking as it may cause indigestion and heaviness 
    • Beverages within an hour of eating 
    • Prefer freshly cooked, warm food over refrigerated, cold food 
    • Eat in small quantities at regular intervals (eating a big meal in one go is likely to give you indigiestion) 
    • Restrict oil intake to a maximum of 6 teaspoons a day 
    • Consume dairy products in moderation and choose the low-fat variety 
    • Bathe with warm water 
    • Get up to 8 hours of nighttime sleep 
    • Getting up early will be helpful 
    • Asafoetida, fenugreek, cumin, guggulu, shilajeet, and tulsi
    • Massage your body using mustard oil 
    • Moderate intensity exercises with stretching and muscle toning supplemented with an aerobic workout 
    • Calisthenics 
    • Cycling 
    • Swimming 
    • Dancing
    • Racquet games (doubles)
    • Cricket 
    • Horse riding
