  • Sleep for at least 6 hours at night 
  • Listen to soothing music, focus on deep breathing and positive thoughts
  • Consume calming and stamina building herbs like ashwagandha, shatavari, gotukola, shankshapushpi and amla 
  • Get a head and foot massage twice a week
  • Massage yourself with warm sesame oil an hour before a hot bath 
  • Exercise which is not rigorous and involves muscle stretching and relaxation 
  • Yoga, belly dancing, walking, slow cycling, hiking etc
