    • Eat fresh, slightly warm and bland or mildly spiced food like boiled vegetables 
    • Eat small quantities of food at regular intervals 
    • White meats and low-fat dairy are recommended 
    • Sleep by 10 pm 
    • Ensure that you have a job that keeps you intellectually stimulated 
    • Prefer ghee or fresh butter over other oils 
    • Restrict oil intake to 4-6 teaspoons a day 
    • Use spices like fennel, cumin, fenugreek seeds 
    • Medicated ghee, fennel seeds, asparagus, licorice, coriander seeds, sandalwood powder, amla and rose petal jam 
    • You are prone to skin problems and need to take good care of your skin. Proper skin care for you warrants a judicious use of medicated herbal pastes, blood purifying herbs and oleation therapies.
