    • Fluctuating periods of extreme sleepiness and inability to sleep deeply 
    • Take time to learn something new, and forget it fast unless you keep revisiting it 
    • You value a few relationships and may retain them
    • Sleeping during the day 
    • Sleeping for less than 6-8 hours at night 
    • Bathing with cold water 
    • Eating cold, refrigerated food or eating too much in one go
    • Freshly cooked, warm food in small quantities at regular intervals 
    • Chew your food properly 
    • Restrict oil intake to a maximum of 4 teaspoons a day 
    • Consume dairy products in moderation 
    • Include hot tastes with sour, salty and pungent flavors 
    • Right amount of sleep is important to prevent headaches 
    • Take enough precaution against cold 
    • Rising early will be good for you 
    • Asafoetida, fenugreek, garlic, black and long pepper, cumin, guggulu, shilajeet and tulsi
    • Your skin care routine must involve steam, a light oil massage and then a herbal scrub. Wind up with a warm water bath.  
    • Moderate intensity workouts with aerobics, stretching and toning of the muscles 
    • Calisthenics 
    • Weightlifting 
    • Cycling 
    • Swimming 
    • Racquet games 
    • Dancing 
    • Cricket 
    • Horse riding
