Triphala
Triphala (meaning ‘three fruits’) is like a trident that impales the woes related with our body’s sheath: the skin. It contains the power of three potent Ayurvedic herbs –
Amla (Emblica Officinalis), Haritaki (Terminalia Chebula), and Bibhitaki (Terminalia Bellirica), that have proven their expertise in polishing the skin to make it look shiny and radiant!
In fact, Haritaki is famous for its shine-inducing quality where a part of the word means ‘to make shine’ in Sanskrit!
Turmeric (Curcuma Longa)
