about iYURA Nidradi Oil
Ever wondered what could be the driving force behind your dedicated, strong-willed nature? Why have you managed to create an atmosphere of stability inside your mind and be so resolute? And why many a times you prefer to go at your own slow pace and savor things thoroughly and think over ideas deeply, while the world around you contests?
If this sounds like you, there might be a chance that your body type is Kapha.
People with Kapha dosha tend to have a well-rounded, curvy body. Due to the heavy elements of Kapha dosha – Earth and Water, they display traits of strength, stability, strong will and resolution. But as the graph for these traits extends upward too steeply, the same stability that helps them accomplish their goals in life, congeals into stagnation and blocks their paths that they want to travel.
Since they are also filled with a sense of fluidity, it works in the favor of people with Kapha. But again, when Kapha is present in excess in their personality, this fluidity can coagulate and keep them stuck to their couch – devoid of motivation and strength to carry on with any physical activity.
This could lead to an unfit routine for the body, resulting in heaviness of the body and a reduction in everyday energy levels that are sucked into the vacuum of inertia caused by increased Kapha.
The hint of excess Kapha is also unpleasant because Kapha body types are emotional and sensitive in nature, with depths that form trenches in their personality sometimes. While it is human to be so, when Kapha is devoid of motivation to do new things in life and what is needed to accomplish their goals, they can exhibit signs of melancholy and sadness.
When a person with Kapha body type stays stagnant and surrenders to inertia, it can lead to a lot of problems in the day to day functionality and personal growth. It goes without saying that such people should actively pay heed and keep Kapha under check to promote movement and lightness of the body, as well as the mind.
Everyone likes a toned, fit body and an active, agile mind. When you massage your body and face with Kapha balancing Ayurvedic oils, it just might be the perfect companion for your goals, such as fitness and staying active. It can help you get where you want to go!
Firstly, because we cooked this oil for this purpose of balancing Kapha. An herb mentioned above – Kasmard or coffee senna used in Trifaya is an excellent example of ingredients that lift the spirits out of stagnation.
Don’t be puzzled if you are unable to recognize what dosha your body type fits into!
Another angle of considering the use of Trifaya in a relaxing massage is for clearing and unclogging your pores, freeing the skin of all the congestion that it has been enduring, removing dirt and pollution deposits on the skin that are sourced on it from our surroundings.
And how does this potion achieve all these goals for your body? With its ultra-light weight to counter the heaviness of Kapha, in order to rejuvenate the body and make it energized and gracile for a long, productive day ahead including tasks like exercise, work, house chores, and overall movement.
