“Love, love, love this oil!! Absorbs beautifully. Anything oily makes my face break out, but not this. My face looks dewy after I use it, and at age 76 dewy is hard to get. I use the body oil too. It’s concentrated so you don’t have to use much. I’m giving it for gifts for holidays. I’ve tried hundreds of lotions & potions over the years but this stuff is great. 100% recommend”

Did you know? In Sanskrit, ‘Nav’ means new and 'Aakara' means shape
What’s interesting is that intrinsic aging actually plays a smaller role in showcasing the visible signs of aging – extrinsic factors such as sun exposure, pollution, smoking, exposure to chemicals etc. are what have a large influence on how fast your skin reaches its own fatigue point. The good news, of course, is that extrinsic factors can be controlled if not completely eliminated by just making careful choices.
While sun protection, not smoking, and a more physically active lifestyle can help reduce the impact on your skin, taking good care of your skin, head to toe, with the goodness of nature is critical to reviving the very soul of your skin to keep its spirit young and vibrant!
When that happens, the message of buoyancy and vibrancy travels from the outside to the inside and the message of youthful, juicy liveliness is reinforced, which shows from the inside-out!
Perhaps this is the secret behind the deep significance of ‘Abhyanga’ or full body massage as a wellness and happiness tool in Ayurveda!
The optimum number of hours of sleep for humans is 7. A study by the West Virginia Medical School of more than 30,000 adults in the USA found that the risk of developing heart disease increased in those who sleep one hour more or less than 7. Those who sleep for fewer than five hours a day are twice as likely to have heart attacks, strokes or angina attacks and the risk also increased markedly in those who clock up nine hours or more.
There are 7 colors of the rainbow. Isaac Newton originally divided the spectrum into five main colors – red, yellow, green, blue and violet – in 1672 but later added orange and indigo to make 7. In common with the Ancient Greeks, he believed there was a connection between the number of colors in the spectrum and the number of days in the week, and the number of notes in a musical scale. (both of which are 7!)
In 1956, George Miller of Harvard University wrote what is today considered one of the classic papers in psychology in which he demonstrated that most people can retain roughly 7 items of information in their short-term memory.
The number 7 is also associated with luck and magical properties. 7 not only represents the jackpot on slot machines, but it's also the basis for many myths and folklore.
Today, we want to introduce you to another 7-Herb marvel that is neither myth nor folklore: a Pure Look-Revival Essence Replete with Repairing-Energy - Navikara Renewal Fluid for a stress-free, refreshed skin from face to body.
This time, the magic number 7 is here to recharge your skin by sending the look of tiredness and weariness into a permanent coma!
Navikara Renewal Fluid: A Pure Look-Revival Essence Replete with Repairing-Energy for the Face and Body
A revival essence to renew your look, Navikara Renewal Fluid is a manifestation of the fluid flow of wellness and a healthy, recuperated look for skin that may be tired, fatigued, or that’s struggled long and hard with environmental pollutants and other stressors.
TRY THIS 7-HERB RENEWAL FLUID NOW!Did you know that excessive stress, exhaustion, physical, mental and emotional tiredness can lead to aggressive and sometimes premature aging in the skin?
Your under-eye area, the neck, the forehead and your joints are some of the first places to show that aging.
Both intrinsic aging and extrinsic aging can be sped-up by all kinds of stressors. While intrinsic aging is the natural process of the body’s inability to repair damage as fast and well as it used to, extrinsic aging is caused by external environmental and lifestyle-based factors.
