Here’s OUR PROMISE to you
How is This course unique?
“Do these exercises! Eat this and not that! You’ll burn more calories and lose ounces faster!“
We have been hearing this kind of message for years – Sounds familiar, right?
But have you ever thought about losing weight sustainably?
Yes, this is possible with Ayurveda!
While traditional methods promise to make you look amazing, but just for a temporary period!
On the contrary, Ayurveda focuses on the actual cause of weight gain. It helps you look inside, figure out which aspect of your functioning needs attention and then, through a
logical 3-Step process, helps you manage excessive weight and negativity that you may be carrying around.
In Ayurveda, Agni stands for your ‘Digestive fire’. It is one of the greatest determinants of your health and well-being.
The first step involves identifying the condition of your Agni. You then define how you need to balance it, whether it needs to be stoked and fueled better, or needs to be calmed.
And finally, after following the necessary steps, you reach an optimal condition where you digest food well, with all the energy, clarity and focus and keep your weight in check.
The second step is to get rid of Ama or release toxins from the body. Here, the detoxification process will help you to improve digestion, making you active and energetic throughout the day. You allow your body to plunge into a healthy lifestyle, get cleansed and lightened up without any interference.
The final step is to build your Ojas or vitality. It is the essential life force, which helps us execute everyday activities to the best of our abilities. By eating the right foods and following certain practices, you can consciously support your Ojas and manage your metabolic constitution.
Just imagine if you could ….
And, most importantly, feel great!
In Dr. Suhas’ words,
“The Effortless Weight Loss program is a rallying cry for anyone who hasn’t been able to lose weight permanently and discover true health.”
He firmly believes that all roads to perfect health and an ideal weight begin with our mindset, and diet is the most important factor in creating that mentality. Food is information, after all; it gives our body the fuel it needs to survive and helps generate the connection between what we think and do, and how we feel.
What we eat directly impacts how we experience life and nourish our body’s needs all the way down to your waistline. And this, my friends, is the essence of Ayurveda."
"By trying my 21-day protocol, you will experience this for yourself."
What is Ama?
If water and blood are the sweet nectars of the body, then ama is the rotten gunk. In other words, Ama is a unique Ayurvedic concept, that is most closely translated as toxins in English.
When our ability to digest food becomes impaired, the body can no longer absorb essential nutrients.
Undigested and partially digested food lingers, leading to the formation of intestinal sludge that clogs the intestines and other vital pathways such as blood vessels and capillaries.
Ama undergoes a multitude of chemical changes, gradually creating toxins, which are
released into the bloodstream. These toxins eventually accumulate in the weaker parts of the body, where they create tightening, stagnation, and failing of the organs and systems, and decrease the immune system’s functions.
Through its toxicity, the ominous ama elicits a negative immune reaction in the body’s tissues until finally, disease manifests in these organs associated with the mutated tissues. And so the end result is a disease state which can manifest as heart disease, cancer, and immune system break down, among other ailments.
And so the end result is a disease state which can manifest as heart disease, cancer, and immune system break down, among other ailments
Ama is one of the most threatening barriers to good health. Simply stated,
ama is undigested food that begins to eat you!
And here’s the problem with virtually all diet systems currently on the market: they focus on calorie restriction through foods that merely perpetuate this intestinal swampland — causing serious build-up on our insides that antagonizes weight maintenance and can even lead to conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome, food allergies, celiac disease.
This plan will break down the barriers to robust health through a 4-way path:
1. It will make you lose weight
2. It will help you multi-dimensionally
detoxify by eliminating Ama
3. It will make you feel emotionally, mentally and physically energetic, powerful and happy!
4. And it will have a lasting impact on the way you perceive food and practice nutritional as well as doshic discretion, setting you on the right health track for the years to come
Enough has been talked about self-love, but a few extra pounds not only make you dislike your reflection in the fitting rooms, but also causes health-related, financial and emotional suffering - this suffering may pinch much more because in truth, it is avoidable - you CAN take steps to manage your weight better.
And yet so many of us choose to live in self-criticism and deprecation, depriving ourselves of a free, healthy life, not prone to heart disease, not prone to diabetes, not subject to psychological trauma - but why, because it’s tough?
Sure, it’s tough and we acknowledge that, it's tough not just in your mind but also in your very physical, everyday life.
It’s tough to take out the time to cook, it’s tough to buy food that doesn’t use refined flour, cheese, butter or sugar and we won’t even talk about the diet stuff out there.
But do you know what’s the toughest? The toughest is to break those habits
of leaning towards that indulgent cheesecake, of picking up that 1 fry from the plate in front of you, to the second, the third and a whole plate of fries is gone before you know it. Tough is being stressed out with the 50 things that are going wrong in your life and putting whatever you get straight in your mouth for some sort of satisfaction. For those of us who are doing it consciously, sometimes, it almost becomes a conscious act of self-destruction - “I cannot look like that model” or “I have enough pain in my life”, “…so, I might as well live it out” - where “live it out” often ends up meaning gaining unhealthy weight, getting weight-related disorders and dying much earlier - of course, we don’t think of the last part much, do we?
It’s not fun, and we know it, we feel it.
And this is the beauty of Ayurveda…
Not sure if you’ve ever observed it, or if it has even happened to you - when you’re hitting it at the gym, sometimes the motivational voice in your head pushing you to pick up those dumbbells or complete another 5 minutes on the treadmill is often full of aggression, anger and destruction - perhaps this is one of the biggest factors behind people who avoid exercise, and inability to perform at the gym makes people feel even worse about themselves.
But that’s what you’ve got to fix - your mindset - and you can do it with just a simple, 21-day reset.
Yes, believe that it’s easy, say yes to becoming healthy and believing that it CAN HAPPEN EASILY, love yourself a little more!
Exercise is not hateful, getting in shape and reaching optimal weight is not punishing yourself - it is your physical expression of your concern for your ‘temple’, your body, for yourself, for the people who love and depend on you, it is loving yourself but responsibly.
Love is not loading your plate with fries, cheese, mayo and cheesecakes, love is listening to your body, your ‘Doshic’ needs and serving its quiet wants with food that kindles your fire and lifestyle practices that make you the best you can be.
Love is when you make it right and today you have the perfect opportunity to pay your body the respect it deserves, and in the process, find your deeper happiness.
This plan is not a punishment to your body for being overweight - it is loving nourishment, calming and awakening your inner fire, to make you feel more alive!
You know that feeling? That too-good-to-be-true feeling,
you almost can’t recognize yourself in the mirror, that feeling when your partner can’t help noticing you again, showing you off to the world, that feeling when you can run with your grandchildren and play with them, or that feeling when others notice that you could climb up floors without huffing and puffing, that feeling when you see your pictures and just love what you see! That feeling when others ask you: "what did you do to shed that fat that weighed you down and look so radiant?"
That feeling when you’ll become an inspiration for people and lead them on to an Ayurvedic path, where you learn to both love and respect yourself?
THAT feeling awaits you - You’ll get that feeling too, soon enough, with enough ease when you get on to the Ayurvedic path almost effortlessly, with Effortless Weight Loss - a 21-day Ayurvedic Plan to Lose Weight and Feel Great!
To some, it might feel superficial, but to those who have been there or are there know what it means and know it’s worth more than a million bucks.
