A very ergonomic wand. I am happy with this product.
The size of the wand is excellent. The maintenance oil got leaked during transit. Fortunately, the company is sending me a replacement to start using my wand. Thanks for that.
The kansa wand is excellent and of high quality. However, box half of the oil leaked all over the clay packaging so that you couldn't read the instructions on the clay. I might add that the oil was wrapped in bubble wrap instead of the regular box.
The first nite I used this, it was fine. The next morning my skin looked great. So I used it that next nite. Then I woke up the next day and my whole face was red and splotchy. This was a few weeks ago and my skin is still messed up. Redness all over and not bumps but red spots. It’s terrible. I’ve never had skin issues until i used this wand. I wear all types of jewelry, so I’m not sure if I’m allergic to the metal. I don’t know what caused this but I’m sure it is this wand cause it’s been since I used it that I have messed up skin. I’m really upset.
I still have not received my Kansa Face & Body Wand I ordered it with my lip balm back on 1.12.2020 & only received my lip balm Please read my messages, plus i have called you on the phone which wont be cheap, When will I receive it. Please answer Would have loved to have placed a order of oils while it was on sale but not now
