Order#171-1106487 02/07/2023 The Kansa Face Wand arrived and is wonderful, however the maintenance clay ad the bottle of cleaner were unusable. The bottle of cleanser was broken and washed all of the ink directions off off the clay, so I don’t know how to use it. I have been told 2 times that replacements were on the way, but nothing has been received.

The wand itself is great. Very soothing and a great way to incorporate moisture into my skin when used with oils or face cream. The maintenance oil that accompanied the kit arrived broken and there was oil on everything when I opened the package.
