Lot of energy at first. I was hoping for better bowl movement. Wasn't sleeping for a few days. Taking supplements for both. Purchased this to be part of my daily routine. Sometimes I don't eat right. Use this to balance out my digestive system. So far, so good. It is one cap twice a day. I take one in the morning and one before I go to bed. It is a gentle detox formula for me. Have had no issues taking it. Very good value.
