In case you're not satisfied with the product, you can return it and we'll refund you or exchange a different product!
Please send an email to care@theayurvedaexperience.com:
- within 30 days of your product's delivery
- with proof of your purchase (your order number or email address you used to place the order)
- in case of damage during shipment, at least 1 picture of the product you received
After confirmation of your return or exchange, we may ask you to send your product back, in case it is still unopened.

Once your package arrives with us, we will inspect it and, depending on whether your refund is approved, will initiate the refund, which will be credited to your original method of payment.
Refunds are accepted or rejected at the sole discretion of The Ayurveda Experience.
Please note: no returns or refunds will be processed for wholesale orders.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Contact your bank, since it may take some time before your refund is officially completed. Please keep in mind that bank processing times can vary. If you’ve done all of this and still haven't received your refund after 5-10 business days, please contact us at care@theayurvedaexperience.com
