The pump doesn't work correctly. It barely pumps any of the product out for me to use. I thought it would get better after using it for a while and it hasn't.

I feel some reluctance when using the serum due to the caution printed in the information that was enclosed with the product. It warns against getting the serum in your eyes and to flush immediately if it happens. So, since this is an EYE serum, and although I am extremely careful when I apply it, I don’t think there is any guarantee it won’t sneak into my eyes. I only use it on the bottom for that reason, though I’d like it to have a beneficial effect on my top lids as well. Verdict still out on whether my lower eye area has benefited.

My only regret I have using these products is that I didn't discover them when I was younger. This is no advertising hack, I promise. There is a remarkable difference in how I look after using these products. If you're 30 start now. At 76, I guarantee that you'll be nothing but thrilled.
Since this is so expensive I thought it would be better than Rufolia Periorbital Eyemulsion but for me at least the Rufolia is much better and so much less expensive. I would love to return this product and exchange for Rufolia.

I love all their products, but this arrived, and it barely pumps anything out of the bottle. It's like it was half empty, I was disappointed.

This is the best eye product available. It applied easily,lasts long, as a little goes a long way and my 76 year old eyes are wrinkle free.
I have not finished my pump bottle yet but I am noticing that I do not have as much trouble with trying to lighten my dark circles under my eyes. I had to do a double take the other day when I passed by the mirror. First product I have used and have seen any difference.
This eye cream seems to be having a positive effect on my old baggy eyes. It might be the combination of the serum and the massage that the directions recommend as you apply the serum, but I feel like my undereye bags are less noticeable (less dark and firmer). I still add a moisturizer once the serum has absorbed fully. Give this a try.
