I have only been using this for about 15 nights now. I have had better sleep than I have had for the last year. I take 2 gummies before bed and I actually got over 7 hours of sleep on the average for the last 2 weeks. I went to order some more but they are out of stock. I hope they get it back in soon. Thank you for a great product.
