This eye jel is good. You can put it all around your eyes. I take a roller ball after I put it on and roll it around my lower eye it really helps with my eye bags.
I can’t rate something that was never delivered. Not happy.
I have not used it long enough yet to give a great review - it is better than most I have tried - the only thing I don't like is the pump - too much comes out at once - so I think I am wasting. My eyes are still puffy from cataract surgery - but some better with this product.
I tried and do not see any differential from starting after few weeks, will keep trying, have faith
