Lot of energy at first. I was hoping for better bowl movement. Wasn't sleeping for a few days. Taking supplements for both. I not drinking alcohol as much because of this detoxification of liver and kidney.

Purchased this to be part of my daily routine. Sometimes I don't eat right. Use this to balance out my digestive system. So far, so good. It is one cap twice a day. I take one in the morning and one before I go to bed. It is a gentle detox formula for me. Have had no issues taking it. Very good value.
I've been taking 2 capsules a day for almost 2 months now, and I can genuinely opine that it really works! Not only did it keep my gut balanced, it also kept me regular. I had more energy, better sleep and my food tends to digest better. I had stopped taking them for over a week one time due to business in my life, and did not feel as good.
