I have worn glasses my entire life. Once covid hit, I was spending way more time in front of a computer than I ever had. I purchased blue light glasses which kept headaches at bay, but my eyes were still becoming extremely dry and I noticed that they were getting weaker. I turned 40 around this time as well and was told that it was an age thing. It had gotten to the point where I could no longer read a message on my phone in the morning without putting on my glasses first. That had never been an issue for me previously. I started taking this supplement, and after I’d been taking it for about 3 weeks, a friend asked me if it was working. I replied that 3 weeks was probably too soon to tell but that I had high hopes. Then I suddenly remembered that that morning, I had picked up my phone and was reading it without glasses!!! So in as little as 3 weeks I noticed a BIG difference. It didn’t feel like that at the time, because things were getting better and we seem to fail to notice sometimes when things improve. I will continue to take this supplement. I’m very happy with the results.
Pleasant and easy to take every morning. I don’t know if after one bottle that my eyes have changed in any way. I’ll leave that up to my optometrist in February. I have a lifetime of problems with my eyes. I don’t expect results overnight. I am willing to try Ayurvedic medicine.
