How to use
Can be used either as an after-bath moisturizer or as a body massage oil for Abhyanga.
Moisturizer: apply on preferred areas (arms, legs, feet, elbows etc) and gently massage into the skin. Leave applied.
Abhyanga: Take enough oil for your moisturization needs and massage in a downward motion all over the body until the oil is well absorbed. Work on one area for at least 2-3 minutes. Wash off before wearing any clothing. You can follow with a warm water bath or leave applied.

The oil smellls rancid
The first time I tried it I enjoyed the scent, but in consecutive uses there’s something in the smell that I just don’t like. So, unfortunately I’m not using the oil very often because it just has such an overpowering aroma. Not sure I’m gonna be able to make it through this bottle. I may have to gift it to someone that doesn’t mind the smell.
