    Linda Rowe,

    An Ayurvedic practitioner, Yoga teacher, and the Director of ‘Suite 7 Yoga & Ayurveda’ based in Houlton, Maine, Linda Rowe is famously known as the “Backwoods Yogini”!

    Having studied Ayurveda at New World Ayurveda and the American Academy of Ayurveda, Linda began her Ayurvedic journey in 1994. Currently, she is concluding her Ayurvedic studies with Anusha Sehgal, BAMS, MD (Āyurveda) of Boston Ayurveda, Inc. Online.

    Being a Registered Yoga teacher, Linda teaches yoga classes of varying levels of difficulty based on the needs of her students. Her yoga teachings include a wide-ranging assorted mix of Kripalu, Iyengar and Anusara influences.

    Linda has always had a strong interest in modalities that run parallel to her professional endeavor. She offers Ayurvedic consultations and is also a professional member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association.

    Ayurveda Life’s host Jennifer Maklan is an Ayurvedic practitioner based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She is the founder of ‘Ayurveda Next Door’ - an online Ayurvedic platform, now part of The Ayurveda Experience’s array of channels, and ‘Chattanooga Ayurveda’.

    Jennifer began her Ayurvedic journey back in 1994. Her undergraduate Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of New Hampshire sets forth a sense of creativity and vision to her Ayurvedic practice.
