Ayurvedic Hair Oil Recipe For Hair Growth And Premature Greying (Bhringaraj Oil Recipe)

You may know Bhringraj by its botanical name, Eclipta alba.

However you choose to refer to it, Bhringraj is an important Ayurvedic herb. It’s widely used in hair loss treatments, liver disorders, skin diseases and more. The entire plant (root, stem and leaf) is used for various medicinal purposes.

Though Bhringaraj (Eclipta alba) is known for its numerous medicinal properties, it has been specifically used for ages for improving hair growth1,2, preventing premature greying and maintaining hair color.

When used correctly, it helps in reducing hair loss and accelerating hair growth.1,2

    Bhringaraj Oil Benefits

    1. The cooling action of Bhringaraj oil, also called Bringaraj Tail, helps in reducing headaches and stress.
    2. Regular head massage improves blood circulation on the scalp and also fights against dandruff and dry scalp problems.

    3. Regular use also makes hair stronger and healthier.

Bhringraj balances Kapha and Vata dosha. Its pungent, bitter taste, along with its dryness and lightness balances Kapha Dosha. Its hot potency balances Vata.
